Woman falls to death in NY hospital

I was shocked when i saw this news...and felt compelled to write about this ..
A mentally ill woman had gone to a emergency medical treatment ward in a Hospital in New York....she dies..
You may wonder what is news here...sometimes people do not survive in critical cases...but hear me out....
She dies waiting for treatment..
In the waiting room...
She was seen falling from her chair by other patients..
There are 3 hospital nurses who pass by without giving much thought to her...A security guard in the waiting room completely ignores her...
Best about all this is the entire episode is recorded in the surveillance camera...
We come to know all this because of the video...if not for the video the whole incident may have been covered up ..

Was she ignored just because she is mentally challenged? Was it because the employees of the hospital were not trained to be compassionate to a fellow human being?

Is life not worth anything?

What has humanity gone to ....

But then if you had passed that waiting room would you have bothered to check on her?
